If you are an EU employer

You are an entrepreneur in a European Union country and you employ staff from other countries. But you don't know how to legalize it so that it is profitable and without the risk of legal problems.

How do you do that?

  3. When the documents are ready, we send them to your address and our manager informs you about it.
  4. You receive official documents (including a travelA1) for the employee, according to which he or she can legally work at your company and perform the specified work.

Every month you transfer the amount according to the invoice to the official account of our company in Poland, from which the tax deductions are made and the salary is paid to the delegated employees.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be in Poland when producing documents for a business trip?

No. You don't have to. When the documents are produced, the employee needs to travel to Warsaw to get the original documents and open an account for the payment of wages.

Why is there such a cost for paperwork?

The package includes all the necessary documents needed to legally stay and work in an EU country. There is a signed contract with a lawyer to provide legal protection in a particular country. We take full legal responsibility, pay taxes for the employee and provide a statement about it.

What are the guarantees that the employee will be paid in full and on time?

There is a signed contract between the companies (ours and the employer's), according to which the customer (the employer) undertakes to pay us money for work and we pay the employees their wages. Otherwise, it is possible to sue and get your money according to the signed contract.

How do you sign a contract with your employer? Do you send it by mail or come to him/her, how does it happen?

We can sign the contract online or send the original by post. You provide us with the details of the employer's company and the place of work. Our lawyers prepare the contract and we send it to you electronically. It is enough for the employer to print out the last page and stamp and sign it. You then send us a scan of the signed contract. This is enough to start the paperwork. Then (if desired) we send the original contract to the employer by any convenient way in two copies. After that we need to return one copy.

Who has to pay for the paperwork and pay the taxes?

Depends on your agreement with the employer. There are 3 possible options: the employer pays for everything completely; the employer pays the tax (160 euros), and the worker pays the package of documents himself; the employee pays for everything. Also the employer does not pay taxes on the territory of the country where people work. All taxes are paid only in Poland.

Your company is applying for a Polish visa to work in the EU. Is that legal?

Yes, it is quite legal. We make a full package of necessary documents and provide a Travel Sheet. The documents and the Travel Sheet are prepared by our Polish company, from which the employee is already sent on a business trip to the employer's company, with whom we sign a subcontracting agreement. As a result, specialists with a valid Polish visa can legally work in any European country without violating the laws of that country.
