How do we work with agencies?
If you are a representative of an employment agency
You have already found the right candidate for a European employer. Then you can offer him to legally and profitably employ an employee by delegation from a Polish company.
How do you do that?
- We sign a cooperation agreement that your agency provides candidates for a business trip to an EU country.
- Agree all necessary details about the candidate and the vacancy.
- The agency pays an advance payment for services to the official account of our company and provides scanned copies of the specialist's documents.
- Our lawyers prepare a package of documents for legalization. (link to the documents section) When the documents are ready, our manager informs your agency representative.
- We send the candidate to Poland to obtain delegation documents and open a European account for salary payments.
- When a specialist officially starts working at the employer's site, we inform you about it. We pay a monthly commission to your agency account for each registered candidate, according to the number of days they have worked.
If you're an employee
You have already found a job in a European country. But your employer does not know how or who to contact to get you legally registered.
How do you do that?
- You offer the employer to sign a cooperation agreement with our company in Poland.
- Agree with the employer on who will pay for the cost of our services and the production of documents.
- Next, we start the process of preparing documents for legalization. If you do not have a valid work visa, we provide invitations to open one.
- When the package of documents is ready (and your visa is ready if you didn't have one), you come to Warsaw, get the documents and sign an employment contract with our Polish company. You also open a European bank account to receive your salary.
You are granted an A1 travel certificate from a Polish company, according to which you are officially sent to work in the desired EU country for 3 months.
